4. Appointments and Cancellations
4.1 Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website contact form. Confirmation of appointments will be provided.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of appointments. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full session cost, at our discretion.
4.3 Therapist Cancellations
In the event that your therapist needs to cancel an appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Fee Schedule
Our current fee schedule is available upon request. Fees may vary based on the type of service, session length, and other factors.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and card payments.
5.3 Insurance
Some health insurance plans may cover our services. It is the client's responsibility to verify coverage with their insurance provider. We can provide receipts for insurance reimbursement upon request.
5.4 Fee Changes
We reserve the right to adjust our fees. Clients will be given at least 30 days' notice of any fee changes.

8. Termination of Services
Either the client or therapist may decide to terminate therapy. We encourage a planned termination process when possible to ensure appropriate closure and transition.
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- The client is not benefiting from therapy
- The client needs a different type of treatment or level of care
- There are repeated missed appointments or non-payment of fees
- The therapeutic relationship has become ineffective or compromised
- The client's behavior is disruptive, abusive, or endangers the therapist or others
In such cases, we will attempt to provide appropriate referrals when possible.
