4. Appointments and Cancellations

4.2 Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of appointments. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full session cost, at our discretion.

4.3 Therapist Cancellations

In the event that your therapist needs to cancel an appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

5. Fees and Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and card payments.

• The client is not benefiting from therapy
• The client needs a different type of treatment or level of care
• There are repeated missed appointments or non-payment of fees
• The therapeutic relationship has become ineffective or compromised
• The client's behavior is disruptive, abusive, or endangers the therapist or others

In such cases, we will attempt to provide appropriate referrals when possible.
